the night I wrote this there was a rain storm outside.
was slated for a few hours of night recording in Kuldiga, Latvia where Klavins warehouse is located.
side note: night recordings are being offered if you are thinking of recording something with the Una Corda.
for sure I thought the sound of rain, thunder and lightning would get picked up by the microphones.
listening back I didn’t notice anything.
that night I recorded 4 different improvs.
the next morning I recorded 3 more.
wanted to release something that reminded me of my trip in Europe this Summer ☀️.
its Fall 🍁 now and i’m still here.
its a place I never want to leave.
the thought of leaving makes me sad.
so much has happened in 2 1/2 months.
and I still have have about 6 weeks left before I get back to the states.
if i’m being honest i’m not excited.
miss friends and family but that’s about it.
hope you find this track as a gift… sort of a love letter to my time here so far.
